Pierce Tops Sales at Prudential Realty-Atlantic Beach

Jacksonville, FL (January 24, 2006) Phil Pierce has been named the top realtor at Prudential Network Realty’s Atlantic Beach office for 2005, selling more than $26.3 million in residential units over the last 12 months.

Pierce specializes in country club properties, oceanfront estates, investments and pre-construction opportunities.

In addition to home sales at the beaches, he has also sold several properties at area condominiums including The Peninsula on the Southbank, Marina San Pablo and Oceanside 932.

Pierce, a Jacksonville Beach resident who joined Prudential’s Atlantic Beach office two years ago, is now ranked among the top three out of 350 Prudential Network Realtors in the First Coast based on sales last year. He has more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience.

Pierce attributes his achievement to his knowledge of the market, knowing his customers needs and the training he received from Prudential Network Realty.
