Jacksonville, FL (October 23, 2007) — The legal ins and outs of platting and subdividing land will be the topic of a day-long seminar featuring speakers from Jacksonville-based survey company Clary & Associates from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31 at the Wyndham Jacksonville Riverwalk Hotel, located at 1515 Prudential Dr.

The annual seminar provides helpful strategies on Florida statutory platting requirements and is designed for attorneys, engineers, planners, developers, project managers, architects, surveyors, zoning board members, real estate professionals, and land use officials. Attendees also receive continuing education credit for attending.
